When you step out of the cabin, you’ll reach your private veranda, where you can enjoy the view of majestic bison and elk while the wolves howl in the background. When the park closes for day visitors, you’ll have the park all to yourselves, and you’ll have an even wilder experience with many evening activities. Ask your questions as the evening host shares insights about the wolves at the wolf cabin, or visit the elephant stable, Museum of Evolution, and the Dinosaur Forest. It doesn’t get wilder than this. After a good night’s sleep, the morning starts with feeding the wolves, and there’s a good chance they’ll pass by your cabin window, allowing you to observe them up close.

All prices include a two-day entrance to the safari park for six people, accommodation in Knuthenborg Camp, evening activities, electricity, water, and final cleaning.

In the event of extreme weather, periods of low temperatures, illness within the herds, or other acute situations, it may happen that some animals are not out in the large areas.

About the cabins

In the cabins, there is room for six guests, and they contain both a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a large veranda at eye level with the animals. A significant part of the interior is built from wood sourced from Knuthenborg’s own forests. And in Camp Wood Buffalo, there is also a window in the middle of the cabin with a direct view into the wolves’ enclosure.

Save time on cooking and purchase delicious organic food made from local ingredients for your stay. It is also possible to add child-friendly options and 2 tasty desserts to complete your dinner. All ordered meal packages will be delivered to your cabin on the day of arrival and require only light preparation on either the grill or in the cabin’s kitchen before serving.
