It is not necessary to purchase a ticket for the companion.

If you, as a person with a disability, need a companion, you can bring one companion with you on your entrance ticket or season/annual pass. The card just needs to be presented at the gate when entering the park.

Please be aware of the geographical validity of your companion card.

To receive the discount, you must purchase your ticket at the gate. The discount is obtained by presenting your annual or season pass from one of DAZA's members. It is not possible to receive a discount upon arrival at the park if you have already purchased a ticket in our webshop, as it is not possible to combine discount schemes with the discount offered in our webshop.

You can certainly wait to buy a ticket until you arrive at the park. However, you will save money by purchasing the ticket online in advance. If you have bought an online ticket, you are always guaranteed entry to the park. It is not possible to cancel/refund date-specific day tickets according to our terms and conditions.

It is not possible to change the date on your fixed-date tickets. We make this clear during the purchase on the website. If you want more flexibility, you can buy flex tickets, which are valid for any date in the current season.

Yes. You can certainly leave the park and come back on the same day. You must, of course, show your pass or the receipt for the tickets.

Unfortunately, we do not have any discount schemes for pensioners or students. Instead, we refer you to purchase tickets online, where you can save money compared to buying a ticket at the gate upon arrival.

Yes, institutions can purchase institutional passes to Knuthenborg Safari Park.

The price of the institutional pass depends on the number of children and adults who will use the card. Contact us at mail@knuthenborg.dk to order or for more information.

The institution card is valid for the current season and allows entry for up to the number of children and adults for whom the card has been issued.

The season pass is valid from the opening on March 29, 2025, until October 19, 2025.

If you purchase the season pass in the middle of the season, it will still expire on October 19, 2025.

If the annual pass or family card does not appear under 'Cards & Tickets', it is because the card is sold out.

Season, annual, and family passes valid for the next season will go on sale in November. If you sign up for the newsletter, you will receive an email as soon as it is possible to purchase annual, season, and family passes for the next season.
