Clicking knees and charming perfume

When the herd of elands passes by, one can often hear a clicking sound from their knees. The male makes the most distinct sound to display his size and dominance over other males.
Eland antelopes are the largest species of antelope in the world.
Eland antelopes can jump three meters up in the air directly from the ground.
Knuthenborg's eland bull is often seen with its head down in the ground, possibly in a pile of dung. He does this to give his large forelock a special "perfume" to attract the cows' attention.
In Africa, elands are domesticated just like cattle.
